If you are in crisis and this is a non-medical emergency, please call the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988 or the RVBH direct crisis line at 1-800-433-7291 (1-800-769-4920 for TDD/Hearing Impaired).
Our Crisis Line program is a 24/7 crisis intervention, information, and referral telephonic service that is provided free of charge to individuals needing help. We also offer several other levels of support for individuals in crisis, including our Crisis Stabilization Unit and our Mobile Crisis Team.
Have you called 988? We want your feedback to know how we are doing and what we can improve on. The link below is a short, anonymous survey to gather information about your experience with Kentucky’s 988 services. Your feedback is of utmost importance to us and plays a vital role in ensuring that the 988 system effectively meets the needs of all Kentucky residents. Thank you in advance for your time.
