If you’re going through a crisis and it’s not a medical emergency, you don’t have to handle it alone. You can call, text or chat the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline any time at 988, where you will be connected to your regional crisis line center. To reach RiverValley Behavioral Health directly, call 1-800-433-7291 (1-800-769-4920 for TDD/hearing impaired).
Our crisis line is available 24/7, free of charge, and connects you with someone who will listen, support you, and help you find the resources you need. If more support is needed, we also offer additional services such as our Mobile Crisis Team and Residential Crisis Program, providing in-person and short-term care during difficult moments.
Have you called 988? We want your feedback to know how we are doing and what we can improve on. The link below is a short, anonymous survey to gather information about your experience with Kentucky’s 988 services.
