The Partnership House is home to RiverValley Behavioral Health’s Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program (TRP), aimed at supporting you in your journey towards mental and social well-being. Designed for those diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness, TRP utilizes a range of therapeutic interventions to assist you in improving social skills, self-awareness, and self-efficacy.
What We Offer:
Our person-centered, recovery-oriented approach focuses on practical coping skills, resilience strategies, and self-care tools. Through daily living and vocational skills training, we cultivate a supportive environment, nurturing your ability to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
What to Expect:
Upon enrollment, you will work with our therapists, family and psychiatric nurse practitioners to tailor a treatment plan for your needs, accounting for your support system, living environment, and goals. You will have opportunities to engage in individual and group therapy sessions within a supportive setting, fostering growth and healing. Additionally, we’ll facilitate connections to community resources and services to enhance your quality of life and help you achieve your goals.
Eligibility:
To join TRP, you must be ages 18+, Medicaid eligible, diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness, and experiencing difficulties in various life domains, including employment, education, independent living, community navigation, and/or relationships. These criteria ensure access for those most in need of independent living support.
