Owensboro Regional Recovery (ORR) is a Recovery Kentucky men’s substance abuse recovery program. It aims to help Kentuckians recover from substance abuse and transition to a stable, productive life. ORR achieves this by providing a safe and caring environment and equipping the clients with the necessary education and resources to continue their path of recovery. This program is part of the non-profit Audubon Area Community Services.
