This service is designed to be the primary support system that enables individuals to live, learn and participate in their communities, as well as empower the person to direct their quality of life. This is accomplished by offering:

Residential Support services are offered in an apartment or family home setting for up to three people who receive companionship services, assistance with cooking, cleaning, shopping, and transportation.

Community Habilitation services are provided in a sheltered day program setting. Services focus on recreational, pre-vocational, and vocational activities.

Supported Employment Services are provided to eligible individuals and includes job development, job training, and ongoing support to maintain employment in the community.

Brain Injury Services provide respite, a structured day program, supported employment, and residential services for individuals who have experienced structural, non-degenerative brain damage.

To access the MR/DD services, individuals must qualify to receive funding through the Supports for Community Living waiver program overseen by the Kentucky Department Of Mental Retardation.  Any individual with a qualifying disability (determined by Vocational Rehabilitation guidelines) may access Supported Employment Services.
